Bookings Cancellation Policy
BAYSIXTY6 Skate Academy Lesson Bookings
You may cancel your Lesson Booking up to 24 hours before your lesson start time.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for Lesson Bookings, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment.
If you give us more than 24 hours notice we will credit you via your registered email address with a Cancellation Coupon, to be used for a future booking, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount.
BAYSIXTY6 may, from time to time, have to close bookings at short notice for the safety of our members and staff.
Under these circumstances Session & Lesson Cancellation Coupons will be issued where possible, otherwise Email Us with your Booking Number and preferred Date & Time for us to re-book your Session or Lesson for you.
