Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
4. Entry mechanic: Entrants must complete a Customer survey by 23:59 on the 27th June 2022 to enter the prize draw. Entrants must submit their name and email address.
5. Entries are only valid if submitted via the Website, so internet access is required to participate.
6. Entrants must not use a false name or email or provide any false information when using the Website / entering the promotion. Entries by email, post or facsimile will not be accepted.
7. There is no purchase necessary, but all entrants must have completed the survey.
8. Any entries which have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices or via a third party, or for commercial gain will be deemed invalid.
9. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
10. The prize draw will take place on 11th July 2022.
11. One (1) correct entry drawn at random will receive the first place prize of a £250 Gift Voucher to spend on physical goods in the Skate Shop. The winners will be notified privately by email by 25th July 2022.
12. The Prize excludes any costs incurred that are incidental to the redemption of the Prize including but not limited to travel insurance, delivery charges, travel or spending money to redeem the Prize or personal expenses.
13. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
14. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of the prize.
15. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Your privacy is important to us. We will only process the personal data you provide in connection with your draw entry to administer your entry and/or as otherwise required by law. 18. In accordance with the current guidelines that govern prize draws in the UK, if your nomination is chosen as a main prize winner, we may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place – that is your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. 19. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
21. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. 
22. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
23. If winners do not reply within 4 weeks, winners will be unable to claim their prize.
